Rahul Ghosh is Author of the book End Users' Guide to Risk Management and Derivatives, Wiley, 2020. He is a Risk Management professional of over two decades. He has advised more than 100 business firms and dozen banks on derivatives and risk management. These assignments also included a large number disputes between counterparties, involving complex and structured products. He also headed the Regulatory Risk Management team of derivatives exchange NCDEX in India. He had a long association with A V Rajwade & Co (a specialist risk management firm). Rahul has served on the Board of a listed IT Company as an independent director.

Sandeep Saxena holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance with 25+ years of experience as a Sales professional. He has held senior positions driving Revenue and Growth for organizations across industries like Healthcare & IT. During his early years he founded and managed a Biotech startup for nearly a decade, and has also been a mentor with the Wadhwani Foundation. He continues to work closely with early-stage startups in Pune. As the Chief Business Officer @ RiskMaC, Sandeep is responsible for Revenue and Growth of the platform.

Naveen is a cross-functional leader with 25+ years of experience at the intersection of Business, Technology & CX. He brings deep domain understanding of various industries, with a special focus on Financial Services (BFSI). Until recently, Naveen was with Microsoft as a Senior Director & Industry Advisor, driving Cloud & Enterprise solutions at top-tier clients pan-India. Currently, as Founder @ ThinkShop.in, he works with the leadership team at RiskMaC in the areas of Strategy and Growth.

Ajay, is an Engineer & PGDM from IIM Calcutta, and has diversified and extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, Fund Management, Investment Banking over 25 years. Had worked with one of the biggest Mutual Fund AMC, An investment Bank, ARC and Venture Capital Fund at Senior Level Management.
Over the last 12 years, worked as an Fintech entrepreneur & promoted two Fintech start-ups as a founder. He spearheaded fintech product development in Investment Advisory, Credit Risk Advisory & Credit Risk Intelligence Platform for BFSI.
